Mirta's work is deeply related to literature. This project -in progress- will consist of a body of work including paintings, videos, prints and installations based on photos of writers' hand palms traversed by their own texts.

Writers included so far:  Amos Oz, Meir Shalev, A. B. Yehoshua, Manuela Fingueret, Eliahu Toker, Saul Sosnowski

The China Academy of Art, founded in Hangzhou in 1928, is the first National Art Institute in China and the first to establish a printmaking department. The general curator is Kenta Takeuchi.

Mirta Kupferminc curates Argentina's participation in International Printmaking Exhibition

Makers in Print: International Exhibition celebrates the global vitality of printmaking and is a central component of the upcoming 41st Southern Graphics Council International (SGCI) conference.

On view through March 23

Printmaking works by artists from Argentina, China and Poland are on view at MIAD's Frederick Layton Gallery, with artists from Mexico, South Africa and South Korea showing at PSOA's Inova Gallery
